We have submitted an official application to ICAR- CIRCOT, Mumbai for the authentication and certification of our product. The evaluation process is presently underway, and the final results are awaited. I hope you understand that it is a government organization, and it may take some time to receive the final certification.
There can be misleading marketing and the lack of accountability in the bedding industry. “Egyptian Cotton” that wasn’t Egyptian. “Bamboo” that felt like plastic. “Eco-friendly” that was anything but somewhere along the way, authenticity got lost in the supply chain.
So, while building ZenAlyaa we wanted to be conscious of ensuring the authenticity of our products. Bedding made with integrity. Materials chosen for how they feel and its authenticity. A brand where guarantee means something — not a return policy, but a promise backed by our names, our research, and our standards.
What Our Guarantee Really Means
Our Authenticity Guarantee is not just about what we say — it’s about what we do, every day. We are personally involved in approving fabrics. We visit and we verify. We feel every fabric with our own hands and test them in our own homes before anything makes it to yours.
Here’s what that looks like:
1. Quality is Non-Negotiable
We don’t rely on supplier claims. We test every fabric ourselves — for hand-feel, durability, shrinkage, softness after multiple washes, breathability, color retention, and more. If it doesn’t meet our personal standards, it doesn’t make it into our collection.
We obsess over the details — the weight of a weave, the crispness of a percale, the drape of a sateen. We wash and sleep in every prototype until we’re confident it will live up to our promise in your home, not just ours.
2. Transparency is the Rule
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you’re sleeping on — not just buzzwords or vague descriptions.
